Real Progress Timeline

Mom's Story with Alex (2.5 years old):

First Days: Getting Started

"Alex only babbled and pointed at first. During initial 5-minute sessions, he listened to Bobo (our app's character) but didn't repeat. We kept it playful - no pressure!"

What we did:
  • Practiced vowels ("a","o","u") and consonants ("m","b","p")
  • Progressed to syllables ("ma","ba","pa")
  • Celebrated every sound attempt
Result after a week: Began vocalizing in response

First Words Breakthrough

"That magical moment when Alex clearly said 'ma-ma' seeing the mom picture! Soon came 'pa-pa' and animal sounds ('moo', 'baa')."

What helped:
  • 3-4 daily syllable exercises
  • Singing along with Bobo
  • Enthusiastic praise for attempts
Result: 8 syllables + 4 words

Building Meaningful Speech

"Now Alex uses words like 'give', 'yum', and 'kitty'. Best moment? His first phrase: 'Mama, give me'!"

Important secret:
  • "Speech Report" Ritual: After dinner, Alex "reports" to the app which words he learned. This 2-minute routine
  • Consistent exercise repetition
Outcome: Real-world practice

💡 How “Hello, Speech Therapist!” Was Born

The project was born out of professional pain.

Anna saw firsthand how many children struggle to start speaking — and how few tools were truly helping.

Did you know?

  • 82% of underperforming school students have underlying speech disorders
  • 1 in 4 children aged 4 experience significant speech delays
  • (Data from the Institute of Corrective Pedagogy, Russian Academy of Education, over 30 years)

Anna realized there was an urgent need for a digital speech development tool that could be used at home.

Her husband, Evgeny, supported the idea and helped with the technical side.

And their daughter, Alisa, became the team’s strictest tester — at just 18 months old.

“We didn’t just build another app.
We created a science-based speech training tool that truly helps children find their voice.”
